Shot on 35mm in Academy format for the Dutch Directors Guild .

For the first Lustrum of the DDG (Dutch Directors Guild) Erik Fransman initiated and produced the short film “The Battle of Perseverance”. This portraited the founding of the DDG in a 1924 Eisenstein style like “Strike” and “Potemkin”.

Shot on 35mm in Academy format.
All actors in the film are Dutch directors, except for the slave driving producer, he was one of the leading Dutch producers (Matthijs van Heijningen).
